As Chairman and Founder of MTP, I’ve had the privilege of seeing the company evolve from a rough vision on a OneNote page to one of Australia’s fastest-growing consultancies, with over 400 people nationwide. The journey from startup to a respected, mature organisation has been immensely rewarding, shaped by the talent and dedication of the people who have been part of MTP from the early days through to today.
I’m a firm believer that success is never a solo effort. MTP has grown because of the collective expertise, commitment, and shared vision of our team. A decade on, I couldn’t have imagined we’d be where we are today, and I have no doubt that ten years from now, I’ll be saying the same thing.

Leading MTP is an absolute privilege and one of the most rewarding roles of my career. As CEO, my focus is on fostering a culture that prioritises our people by creating a workplace where connection, friendship, and fun are just as important as delivering exceptional results.
I joined MTP when it was still a startup, and have seen the company grow and change under the leadership of our founder Steve Croft. Taking over where he left off, I continue to focus on the core principles that have made us successful – people-first, agile, caring and authentic – while bringing new strengths and experiences to the table as we navigate the next phase of our journey.
As a former public servant, teacher, and business analyst I have a range of perspectives that help me understand the needs of our primary clients and ensure our business aligns with those. As an avid traveller, I’ve also gained unique experiences from around the world that inform my approach to leadership. These have taught me the value of adaptability, empathy, and understanding the many ways people connect and collaborate.
My favourite project/s at MTP was building an application management system for Vinnies that allowed farmers to apply for relief funding during the 2019-20 droughts that affected most of eastern Australia. I was the business analyst and interaction designer, working with just one developer for most of the two-year project. We created a cloud-based system in just three weeks that allowed Vinnies to start collecting applications, while we worked on the back end that would facilitate them to be processed.
Taking a pure Agile approach, we progressively built out a system that ultimately included dashboards, reporting, customised processing, automated fraud detection and integration with a payment platform.
This was an exciting project that continually had us on our toes due to rapidly evolving government requirements, and we delivered a great outcome that enabled Vinnies to process many times more applications than other providers with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
I love that MTP is a place that genuinely cares about its people, and invests a huge amount of effort and money into culture through social events, training, overseas trips, wellbeing and amenities. This has helped us to attract and retain an amazing group of people, who treat the company as their own and reciprocate the care they receive. Our leadership team is genuinely committed to making sure this is the best job our people will ever have.

I bring over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, backed by my CPA qualification and a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Accounting. I specialise in aligning financial strategies with business goals, focusing on improving efficiency and keeping MTP’s finances in great shape. My experience covers everything from analysing complex data to finding smart ways to save money and working with teams across the business to keep things running smoothly.
But it’s not just about the numbers, I bring energy and positivity to everything I do. Whether I’m diving into a tricky financial challenge or contributing to MTP’s amazing culture, I aim to mix professionalism with a personal touch. With a strategic and innovative mindset, I’m proud to play my part in helping MTP grow and thrive.
My favourite project has to be transforming MTP’s backend operations. When I started, everything was managed manually, spreadsheets were running the show. Over time, I introduced automated systems that made invoicing, contracts, and financial management so much smoother. It was a tough but incredibly rewarding process, and seeing these systems in action, making life easier for the team and supporting MTP’s amazing growth, has been a real highlight.
What made it even more special was the collaboration. I started out as a one-woman finance and operations team, but now I lead an incredible group of people who bring even more efficiency and innovation to the company. Watching them thrive and seeing the impact of what we’ve built together has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
The culture at MTP is unmatched. It’s this great mix of collaboration, support, and a shared drive to do amazing things. What I love most is how much the team genuinely cares about each other, it’s not just about work; it’s about building something meaningful together.
What makes MTP stand out is the way it balances professionalism with fun. Whether it’s diving into challenging financial projects or organising team events, there’s always this great energy and camaraderie. Being part of a leadership team that values growth, innovation, and putting people first makes it a place where I feel appreciated and inspired every single day.

Leadership, vision, and a deep commitment to growth. Since joining MTP Services in 2017, I’ve focused on building recruitment and sales teams that don’t just deliver results but also define who we are as a business. My background in IT recruitment, spanning over 14 years, has equipped me with the skills to spot opportunities, anticipate challenges, and align our team to achieve more.
I approach leadership like I do sports: with strategy, discipline, and heart. Whether it's crafting high-performing teams or inspiring individuals to take the small, consistent steps toward success, I believe in leading by example. MTP wanted me because I’m a builder, not just of teams, but of people, culture, and long-term success.
It’s hard to pick just one because, for me, every project is about the people. Watching our recruitment and sales teams grow into the beating heart of MTP’s success has been incredibly rewarding. Together, we’ve tackled some of the most challenging projects in the IT services space, delivering for clients while pushing the boundaries of what we thought we could achieve.
If I had to choose a standout, it would be the process of building MTP’s recruitment framework from the ground up. It wasn’t just about numbers, it was about instilling a culture of excellence, creating repeatable success, and positioning our teams as trusted partners to our clients.
MTP isn’t just a company, it’s a family. When I joined, Steve Croft and I had a shared vision: to create a business that reflects the best of who we are. We’re generous with our people because we know they’re the foundation of our success. Whether it’s surprising our team with unforgettable experiences or celebrating wins big and small, our culture is one of growth, gratitude, and connection.
Personally, I love that I get to lead from a place of authenticity. As a leader, my focus is on developing the people around me, not just professionally, but personally. We don’t chase perfection; we chase progress. And when our team wins, whether it’s smashing a target or growing as individuals, it feels just as good as winning on the sports field.

I bring a blend of skills and experience that help drive both the team and the business forward. As an Enterprise Service Lead, I focus on making sure our projects are set up for success, whether that’s through careful resourcing, supporting staff development and wellbeing, or fostering collaboration across teams. I also play a key role in building relationships with clients and winning work that aligns with MTP’s strengths and vision. MTP brought me on board because I thrive on problem-solving, connecting people with opportunities, and making sure the big picture stays in focus while delivering results that matter.
One of my favourite projects at MTP has been the e-Fish project for the Australian Fisheries Management Authority (AFMA). This project stood out because of its complexity and the impact it had. We worked closely with AFMA to address the challenge of integrating and standardising fisheries data collection and sharing across various systems and jurisdictions. It was incredibly rewarding to collaborate and develop a technical solution that laid the foundation for their ongoing digital transformation.
What made it particularly exciting was designing a Service-Oriented Architecture with APIs for data capture and sharing. Seeing our proof of concept prove to be a practical, fit-for-purpose solution for fisheries agencies was a proud moment. This project wasn’t just about solving technical issues, it was about creating something that genuinely improved how fisheries data is used and shared, providing real value to AFMA and its stakeholders
The best thing about MTP is the people, it’s a workplace where you get to collaborate with genuine friends who always have your back. The culture is supportive, down-to-earth, and focused on making sure everyone feels valued. MTP is a company that truly looks after its staff, whether it’s through flexible working arrangements, providing opportunities for growth, or fostering an environment where ideas are encouraged and recognised. It’s the kind of place where you know your work makes a difference, and you’re surrounded by people who care about each other and the success of the team.

As CTO, my focus is on building MTP’s internal capabilities and operations. I work on developing IP and integrating emerging technologies, which keeps things exciting! My background is in Cloud solution design and development, but what I think I bring most to the team is a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to get things done.
The standout project for me has to be AusPestCheck, a multi-tenant platform that tracks pest and disease incursions across Australia in plants and animals. It was my first project as a Cloud Solution Architect, and six years later, it’s still going strong. The architecture is super flexible and solid, which has made it last the distance. Knowing I had a hand in creating something so impactful is a real highlight for me.
The friendships I’ve made at MTP are what I value the most. The work we do is amazing, but the people I get to do it with are even better. It’s such a supportive and fun environment, and I’ve built connections here that I know will last a lifetime.

I bring energy to everything I do, whether it’s working with clients or tackling day-to-day challenges. I’m naturally curious, always digging to find the real problem, and I keep an open mind about how we can solve it. I enjoy challenging the status quo, looking for ways to improve processes and how we work. And most of all, I’m passionate about solving problems with creative, impactful solutions.
One of my favourite projects was with a multi-billion-dollar revenue distribution business looking to introduce AI to improve their efficiency. It was a multi-phased engagement where we added new capabilities to their workflows, uncovered fascinating insights about their customers’ ordering habits, and started capturing organisational IP, taking knowledge locked in people’s heads and turning it into repeatable, scalable algorithms. Seeing these discoveries come to life and deliver real value was an amazing experience.
As GM of QLD, I love the trust MTP places in me to make decisions and move quickly to meet my customers’ deadlines. That kind of autonomy lets me craft creative, tailored solutions and truly partner with my clients. It’s empowering to work for an organisation that supports you, values your expertise, and lets you deliver your best work.

As a Principal Consultant and Project Manager, I focus on delivering real results through leadership, teamwork, and adaptability. Alongside managing key projects, I’ve taken on strategic account management, growing MTP’s partnership with the Department of Home Affairs. By blending project delivery with business development and networking, I’ve helped position MTP as a trusted partner and a key contributor to the Department’s success.
One of my proudest achievements has been growing the Home Affairs account. What started as support for a single Technical Web Services team has grown into over 40 resources across multiple divisions, making MTP the Department’s largest staff augmentation provider. I’ve also had the privilege of leading strategic projects like the AusCheck System Enhancements. This included streamlining operations, introducing innovative solutions like biometric verification, and supporting major events like the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Seeing these projects deliver meaningful results for the Department has been incredibly rewarding.
MTP is just such a fun and friendly place to work, I’ve made amazing friends here, and I genuinely enjoy what I do. The flexibility and autonomy allow me to work in a way that suits me, and there’s always room to grow. Plus, the perks are pretty awesome! It’s the kind of workplace where you feel supported, challenged, and part of a great community.

I bring a mix of strategic sales smarts, top-notch client relationship skills, and creative problem-solving, built from years of experience across different industries. I’ve got a track record of smashing my targets year after year, and I love finding ways to turn ambitious ideas into big wins. My background in start-ups has given me a knack for spotting opportunities that others might miss and turning them into real success stories. At MTP, my focus is on driving growth and setting the bar high.
Working in the Health and Social Services sector has been the highlight of my time at MTP. Opening doors to new clients and helping the business grow has been so rewarding, especially knowing the work we do creates real, meaningful outcomes for our clients and the Australian public. It’s great to know that the relationships I build don’t just drive business, they also help boost MTP’s reputation as a leader in this space.
MTP is such a great place to work. It’s a company that values expertise, encourages ambition, and celebrates success. I love being part of a supportive culture where I’m constantly challenged to grow, both personally and professionally. Plus, working with such talented and driven colleagues makes the experience even better. It’s a workplace I’m proud to call home!

I’m a data engineer with a background in astronomy, and I love everything about working with data, analysing it, processing it, and even just chatting about it! I think MTP brought me on board because I’m passionate about what I do, and probably also because I’m into cycling, which is a pretty popular pastime here.
The Data Transformation project at AFMA has been a real highlight for me. It’s been fascinating to dive into a niche subject area, tackle some really interesting data, and solve complex entity resolution problems.
Another exciting challenge was creating a proof-of-concept, cloud-based big-data system for processing High Throughput Sequencing data. Projects like these really keep me on my toes and push my skills to the next level.
The annual trip is always a blast, the people are genuinely fun to be around, and, honestly, the office snack bar is hard to resist!

I’ve dived deep into the complexities of challenging systems and I bring a wealth of business analysis experience and expertise. I pride myself on being adaptable and stepping up for a challenge to fill different roles within my project team. I think what truly sets me apart, though, is my passion for teamwork. I am always willing to help my peers. I thrive on creating a collaborative environment that highlights each person's strengths, leading to the best possible outcomes.
Working with the team at the National Library of Australia (NLA) to replace their client-facing catalogue application was a joy. I had the opportunity to work closely with their user experience designer, getting our hands dirty to really understand what users needed and their struggles with the existing system. We even released a beta version to gather more feedback before the full release. Our clients were thrilled and we received lots of positive feedback on how seamless the transition was. It was one of those rare Government projects that went live without any issues!
Since day dot I’ve loved being a part of the MTP fam. I feel truly fortunate to have the opportunity to work alongside people that I will know and cherish for a lifetime. MTP’s generosity amazes me each and every day. We get to attend events designed specifically to give us time to get to know one another as we all work with different clients.
I am very big on giving back to the community and MTP has its own charity committee which has given me a chance to do what I love. I have been a proud committee member for over a year! MTP puts us first and has always supported me, and I couldn’t ask for a better working environment.

As Finance Manager at MTP, I bring over a decade of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. My time at an accounting firm gave me a strong foundation in process and precision, but it’s here at MTP that I’ve been able to make a real difference. I’ve worked on improving processes to support our growth while staying true to the unique culture that makes MTP special.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting, I like to think I’m more than just about numbers. I enjoy problem-solving, offering strategic financial insights, and working with the team to keep MTP thriving. Whether it’s improving processes, supporting teammates, or finding ways to make things run smoother, I’m all about helping us work smarter, not harder.
What I love most about MTP is that every project feels like a team effort. A standout for me was streamlining and automating our financial operations as the company scaled. I worked closely with the leadership team to make sure we could keep up with the growing demands of the business.
The best part wasn’t just the results, like helping MTP secure spots on high-growth awards like the Financial Times High Growth Companies and the Fast 100, but the journey. Tackling challenges together and seeing the results of our combined effort is what makes projects here so rewarding.
The team at MTP is something special. We’ve got this great mix of drive, humour, and genuine support for each other. It’s a place where everyone’s ideas matter, and collaboration is at the core of everything we do.
What makes it even better is the balance between hard work and fun. Whether it’s solving problems, celebrating wins, or just having a laugh, the culture here makes every day enjoyable. MTP isn’t just about career growth, it’s about creating a place where you love what you do and who you do it with. And, let’s face it, the snacks are a big bonus too!

I bring a drive and passion, honestly, it feels like a built-in need, to design systems that work for real people. I started out in graphic design, moved into web design and development, and eventually found my home in user experience design. UX is all about ditching assumptions and replacing them with real knowledge, and that’s what I love most. Whether it’s research, prototyping, content design, or visual design, I dive into all of it with both hands.
I’ve also realised along the way that I’m pretty good at team leadership. To me, it’s all part of the same skill set, it’s empathy. Whether I’m mentoring a teammate or leading a user research session, it’s about asking the right questions, stepping into someone else’s shoes, and making sure the outcome works for everyone who needs it. That mix of creativity, curiosity, and care is what I bring to MTP every day.
It’s hard to choose, but working with Plant Health Australia on AUSPestCheck and the Australian Plant Pest Database is probably my favourite. Talking to real users and understanding how these systems support critical biosecurity and pest management work in Australia was incredibly rewarding.
Our work gave PHA fresh insights into what their users really needed and helped them prioritise system enhancements. We made sweeping, data-driven recommendations, proposed more usable redesigns for key features, and even delivered a full visual refresh that gave their systems a modern, cohesive look. Knowing our work made a real difference to such an important cause makes this project stand out for me.
MTP is unlike any other place I’ve worked. What sets it apart is how much it values people who are not only great at what they do but also care deeply about delivering amazing outcomes for our clients. I love being surrounded by talented, dedicated colleagues who just get the job done, and do it brilliantly.
Because MTP is packed with people like that, the company goes above and beyond to make sure we feel appreciated and part of a team. The perks, lunches, surprises, and epic annual trips constantly remind us that this is the best job we’ve ever had. It’s not just about the generosity, it’s about the culture. MTP knows how to reward hard work and create an environment where we all thrive. Honestly, with a place this great, I don’t think any of us are planning to leave anytime soon!

I combine a decade of full-stack software development experience with a love for all things data, which allows me to design and implement software solutions that put data science at the forefront. I especially enjoy working with geospatial systems.
My most enduring project with MTP, and the one which I've put the most energy into, has been the Airspace Risk Modelling System, or ARMS for short. I developed ARMS for the Civil Aviation Safety Authority to enable quantitative risk assessments for flight traffic in Australian airspace. First assisting in the development of the modelling approaches which underpin the analysis, I then turned these abstract models into actionable solutions, allowing CASA experts to perform on-demand risk analysis to support regulatory decision making. I loved this project because it allowed me to utilise my skills across a range of disciplines, and because it resulted in tangible outcomes for the customer and for the safety of everyday Australians.
There's lots of reasons why I love working at MTP, but one big one is the trust they place in their people. While support is there when you need it, they are happy to give you the reigns and encourage you to grow into the roles which you undertake. I feel like both I and MTP are invested in my career, and that the relationship between employee and organisation serves to strengthen both.

With a background in sales, leadership, and cultural awareness from my studies in Asian Pacific politics at ANU, I bring a unique mix of skills that helps me approach recruitment with care, precision, and a bit of diplomacy. I’m all about attention to detail and making sure every candidate is set up for success, while clients get profiles that really hit the mark. I love framing candidate profiles to show off their strengths, making sure they stand out and are the perfect fit for each role.
Along the way, I’ve taken on a leadership role, focusing on mentoring and supporting others while keeping up the high standards our clients expect. For me, it’s all about helping the team grow and succeed together.
Our first-ever augmentation contract is hands down the most memorable project I’ve worked on. It was a huge milestone for MTP, and being part of the team that pulled it off was both challenging and incredibly rewarding. I’ll never forget the night we worked until 2am, making sure every detail was spot on before delivery. The way the team came together with so much commitment was inspiring.
Leading that effort felt like a defining moment, not just for my career but for MTP as a whole. It set the standard for every contract since and showed how much we can achieve through teamwork and perseverance.
MTP isn’t just a workplace, it’s a community where people genuinely care about each other. I love being part of a team that celebrates hard work and always recognises dedication. The leadership here really prioritises well-being and personal growth, which makes you feel valued every day.
What makes MTP stand out is how much it cares about people, not just the team, but the broader community too. From building a supportive culture to getting involved in charity work, it’s a company that truly aligns with my values. I feel lucky to work with such an amazing group of people and be part of something so meaningful.

I bring a strong set of skills across M365 and full-stack development, paired with an empathetic approach to problem-solving. My focus is always on understanding user needs and ensuring the solutions we deliver are effective, intuitive, and valuable. I enjoy finding the right balance between technical excellence and meeting the practical needs of users.
The Defence Leadership Digital Workspace was a standout project for me. It was both challenging and rewarding to work on something for high-profile stakeholders. While we had limited exposure to them, we were trusted to approach problems in the most effective way, which gave us a lot of autonomy. It was a great opportunity to work on a project that demanded a thoughtful, strategic approach while delivering real impact.
MTP has a fantastic culture where everyone’s voice matters, and the team genuinely supports each other. The people here make work enjoyable, it’s a place where collaboration thrives. I also appreciate the way the company is run; it’s inclusive and thoughtful, with some great perks that make it even better!
